研究成果:

近年来围绕“多肽响应性变构与可控组装协同生物功能”这一核心策略,系统开展了面向肿瘤等重大疾病精准诊疗的创新研究。通过调控多肽在病理微环境中的变构行为与组装形态,实现了“细胞膜锚定人造靶点”、“组装诱导蛋白聚集”、“分子动态调控与免疫协同”等多层次功能协同,显著提升了诊疗分子的瘤内渗透、靶向识别与免疫激活效能。
