聚焦神经精神疾病相关受体的结构与功能,围绕受体激活、信号转导偏向性及药理调控等问题,综合运用冷冻电镜结构生物学、药理学与细胞功能实验以及生物化学分析等方法,开展受体调控的分子机制研究。
