研究成果:

通过调节分子探针的化学结构与能量转换过程,获得长波长高亮度的有机分子探针,用于重大疾病的早期诊断、调控解析与可视化治疗等。设计并研发高亮度长波长分子探针,实现高分辨率、大深度的活体成像与疾病进程原位监测;研发代谢标志物和细胞信号分子激活型分子探针,精准解析病灶微环境的异质性与动态性,揭示疾病调控过程和作用机制;构建分级靶向性诊疗一体化体系,用于多模态成像引导的协同免疫治疗,推动高效可视化治疗。
