研究成果:

主要从事仿生活性生物材料的设计构建与功能化,探索材料与免疫微环境互作机制及其组织修复效能。迄今为止,研究成果以第一/通讯作者在Advanced Functional Materials3篇)、ACS Nano1篇)、Biomaterials3篇)、Bioactive Materials2篇)、Advanced Science4篇)等TOP期刊发表论文30余篇,总引用3000余次(h-index 28)。担任国际期刊《Materials Today Bio》、《View》和《Supramolecular Materials》青年编委。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、天津市自然科学基金青年项目;参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、中国医学科学院医学与健康科技创新工程项目。获授权中国发明专利7项;以第二完成人获2023年天津市科学技术进步二等奖。

课题组立足临床问题,致力于构建新型生物材料体系与治疗策略,已搭建多个前沿交叉技术平台,包括微流控材料制备平台、类器官培养平台、基于临床样本的多组学/单细胞测序的多模态生物信息学分析平台,以及人工智能(AI)赋能的新材料设计平台,并于多家医院建立了深入的合作基础,为开展高水平、高质量研究提供坚实支撑。目前,课题组围绕“人工智能 + 类器官技术”驱动的生物材料前沿热点方向,诚邀对生物材料、免疫学、临床医学等交叉领域充满兴趣,具备较强学习能力与责任心的有志之士加入,共同学习、努力、成长!
