研究成果:
优化克隆技术多个步骤,尤其是卵子激活,提高了动物克隆效率;揭示了卵巢衰老卵子质量和数量下降的机理,提供延缓卵巢衰老的有效途径及重建卵巢功能的新策略;阐明端粒及再生调控干细胞多能性的机制,及发现端粒在受精后迅速延长的现象,对于胚胎发育和个体衰老的重要意义等。发表在包括Nature Biotechnology, Nature Cell Biology, Nature, Nature Communications, Developmental Cell, PNAS, Cell Rep, Human Reproduction等SCI论文180余篇,参编8部英文专著章节,文章被引用9000余次。连续9年入选Elsevier “中国高被引学者”榜单。
