研究成果:
近年来工作重点聚焦在解决单倍体干细胞的二倍化问题,开发各物种多类型单倍体细胞系,并在细胞命运调控和药物毒性靶点等方面全面开展覆盖全基因组的遗传学筛选研究,取得原创性系统性成果总结如下:
1.解析单倍体干细胞自发二倍化的关键机制;
2.利用单倍体系统高效揭示药物作用和细胞命运调控等方面的关键靶点基因。
