研究成果:
完整阐述了阿尔茨海默症靶标蛋白胰岛素降解酶(IDE)的工作机制;解析了病原菌腺苷酸环化毒素激活的分子机制,并研究和开发了临床药物;揭示了阿尔茨海默症靶标CALHM的药物设计口袋,并在世界上首次提出了“膜蛋白寡聚态变化调控离子通道活性”的独特理论;阐明了细胞外膜钙通道Orai,细胞外膜锌离子激活通道ZAC,细胞外膜机械力敏感通道TACAN,线粒体钙通道MCU,线粒体镁通道Mrs2的工作机制。
