教育背景与工作经历：

1987年9月-1996年6月，南开大学化学系与高分子化学研究所，学士(1991)与博士(1996)学位；

1996年7月-1999年5月，天津大学应用化学系/化工学院有机合成与高分子化工系，讲师/副教授；

1999年6月-2006年8月：荷兰特温特大学化工学院超分子化学与技术实验室、荷兰埃因霍温理工大学化学与化工学院高分子化学与涂料技术实验室与高分子化学与纳米技术实验室以及瑞典隆德大学化学中心纯粹与应用生物化学系，博士后；

2006年8月-今：南开大学化学系高分子教研室与高分子化学研究所，教授。

研究成果：

(1)发展了可一步制备粒径均匀且表面含可控自由基聚合引发或链转移基团的化学/物理交联聚合物粒子的可控“活性”自由基沉淀聚合技术(CRPP)；

(2)利用CRPP发展了制备适于复杂水溶液的分子印迹聚合物(MIPs)高效且通用的途径，解决了困扰分子印迹领域多年的难题(审稿人评语)；发展了可直接检测未经稀释的复杂生物样品(如血清、尿样)的荧光MIPs传感材料及高效靶向抗癌药物；

(3)发展了制备光形变聚合物的后交联技术及物理交联型主链偶氮聚合物体系。
